Robert Wilson worked in global investment banking and capital markets, as well as management consulting for 20 years before forming his privately-held professional advisory services company in Toronto, Canada. In addition to having served in numerous senior executive management roles, Mr. Wilson has served as director and strategic advisor for public and private companies in countries throughout the Caribbean Basin, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia. Education: Bachelor of Commerce (Queen’s Smith School of Business), M.B.A. (The Wharton School).

Josh Gold serves as a Director of Evergreen Pacific and Founder/Director of BuyWell.com leading online health and wellness marketplace.
Josh brings 20 years experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, building online businesses and online commerce. Josh's companies have managed more than half a billion dollars’ worth of e-commerce transactions and have served over 100 million-plus users. Josh has led the development of customer facing, e-commerce platforms, loyalty platforms and customer lead generation campaigns for clients such as United Airlines, Singapore Airlines, eBay and more. Josh's companies have been recognized (twice) by Profit Magazine as one of the Top 50-Fastest Growing Company. Josh also sits on the Board of the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, one of the top 5 Cancer centers in the world and sits on the board of the Adath Israel Congregation.
SANJAY JOSHI, GENERAL COUNSEL & INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR, EVERGREEN PACIFIC INSURANCE CORPORATION
Sanjay Joshi is a Partner at DLA Piper LLP (Toronto, Canada) and practices securities law, principally focused on public and private corporate finance transactions and public company mergers and acquisitions. He has advised on numerous significant Canadian and cross-border financing transactions in various industries and sectors. Along with his corporate finance experience, Sanjay often advises boards and special committees of boards on various and multifaceted matters regarding corporate governance. This includes executive compensation as well as confidential board and special committee matters. Sanjay was an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law, Queen’s University for several years where he taught Advanced Securities Law. Sanjay serves as Corporate Secretary of Evergreen Pacific.

Jeff has run and built several start-up companies in the digital marketing space. Most recently Jeff has built a digital marketing company that went public in 2016 with a current market cap of over $30 Million. Prior to mPire, Jeff held executive positions with Sears as their Vice President of digital marketing, CX Digital a division of Cyberplex as their Vice President of Business Development and Date.com a senior media buyer.
DR. IRA PRICE - MEDICAL DIRECTOR, EVERGREEN PACIFIC INSURANCE COMPANY
Dr. Ira Price is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Division of Emergency Medicine through the Department of Internal Medicine at McMaster University. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons trained in Emergency Medicine, with a Fellowship in Sports Medicine. For the past five years
Dr. Price has been a leader in the clinical application of cannabinoids. In 2011, Dr. Price founded Synergy Health Services, the first clinic in Ontario dedicated solely to evaluating patients for the use of Medical Cannabis. Synergy is now leading the way in wellness, providing patients and clients natural alternatives to opioids and other pharmacological therapies. Dr. Price then founded the Medical Cannabis Journal Club of Hamilton; the first accredited Medical Cannabis Journal Club in Ontario.
Dr. Price has strategically partnered his clinics with Evergreen Pacific Insurance Company (EPIC) to further the education, accessibility, and advancement in opioid reduction, and affordable treatment programs for patients. The result is a unique ecosphere including Buywell, and The Alternative Health Association of Canada (AHA!). He is an internationally known lecturer and industry consultant, who has educated countless numbers of physicians and patients on the use of cannabinoids. Dr. Price’s medical interests lie in the development of protocols for the clinical application of Cannabinoids and the safety of Cannabis in the public domain.
HEATHER GRAY, DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS, EVERGREEN PACIFIC INSURANCE COMPANY
Ms. Gray has been in the medical industry for 15 years, with various roles in patient care and management. Since 2014, her focus has been on the medical cannabis industry, leading the way in patient process, operations, education and infrastructure through the clinical model. Founding and working with some of the first patient aggregators and clinic models, her consistent pursuit for better patient outcomes and maximizing full treatment plans have sparked industry recognition.
Ms. Gray's strategic operational project planning and execution has led to national and international consulting opportunities. Expanding her repertoire into prescription compounds, hemp and cannabis product production, Ms. Gray continues to push forth in opioid reduction and access to alternative health solutions.
KLAUS ZABEL, CPA, CA, PRESIDENT, MARKERS INSURANCE
Klaus has returned to work in the insurance industry after owning and operating several businesses including Jacox Harley Davidson. Prior to this, Klaus owned and operated Marketing Concepts Group, a distributor of insurance and investment products in Canada. He also served previously as EVP & CFO of Federated Insurance Companies of Canada, and VP Finance of Zurich Life Insurance Company of Canada.
SWEENY D’SOUZA, MBA, GBA, VICE PRESIDENT RIS
Sweeny has been with RIS since its inception and takes pride in servicing clients from every sector of the market. She focuses on two aspects to win the trust of her clients: customer service and education. Sweeny has a strong background in business and financial management with experience in consulting, customer service, human resources, and project management. She translates the knowledge she acquired, in her MBA degree and her Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation, in servicing plans and forging new paths within the industry.
ALEXANDER CHENG, CPA, CA, MBA, VP FINANCE & CONTROLLER, EVERGREEN PACIFIC INSURANCE CORPORATION
Alex Cheng is the VP Finance & Controller and is responsible for the financial management and reporting for Evergreen Pacific Insurance Corporations and its subsidiaries. Alex is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 10 years of experience in various roles in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Evergreen Pacific Insurance Corporation, Alex was a Senior Manager at Sprott Inc. responsible for external financial reporting for several subsidiaries and private equity funds, as well as treasury and tax.

WILLIAM (BILL) FLEMING – PRESIDENT MERNOVA MEDICINAL INC.
Bill Fleming has founded and served as CEO for a number of entrepreneurial companies and has served with senior executive teams dealing with equity and debt financing. Mr. Fleming has developed corporate strategies for a wide range of companies, from family-owned businesses to multi-national companies. Mr. Fleming serves as President of Mernova Medicinal Inc. which recently sold to Switzerland based Creso Pharma Limited in an all cash and shares transaction. Mr. Fleming is the Executive Chairman, Director of Mountain Lake Minerals and was the CEO and Director of Abattis Bioceuticals Corp. He most recently served as the CFO and Director of NWest Energy Corp. Mr. Fleming has experience in raising equity for small cap companies and has experience in mineral exploration, renewable energy and the cannabis industry.
DR. CINDY GORDON
Cindy Gordon is the Founder and CEO of SalesChoice, an AI SaaS Predictive and Prescriptive Guiding Selling Company. She is an expert in SaaS, (Software as a Service), AI (Artificial Intelligence), Business Innovation, Digital Convergence, Customer Relationship Management(CRM), eCommerce Marketplace(s), and Sales and Marketing operations.
She has held senior leadership and partnership roles in global B2B Enterprises, including: Accenture, Xerox, Nortel Networks, and Citicorp. At Accenture, Cindy was a Practice Partner for the North Eastern Market for the High Tech Industry for the Strategic Change Transformation Practice, with oversight of over 2000 consultants. At Xerox, Cindy was a Senior Director and General Manager (GM) running a P&L for the Xerox Canadian Outsourcing and Professional Services Business Unit, with over 300 employees, at Nortel Networks, Cindy was responsible for Global IT Strategy and Architecture, and at Citicorp, Cindy was an Assistant Vice President responsible for IT Canadian Customer Service Operations, including end user computing, call center ops, and IT banking security and compliance audit. In addition, Cindy has been active in the financial community in roles as a: Founder, Venture Capitalist, and active Angel. She is currently supporting SaaS companies like: Corent Technology, LyfeUp, and TouchTown TV (recently acquired by Uniquest). Cindy is also the Founder of Helix Commerce International Inc., a strategy innovation firm which services global B2B clients in diverse industry sectors: Financial Services (Banking and Insurance) Communications and High Tech, and Global Media and Entertainment.
Internationally, she is recognized for her innovation thought leadership in: SaaS, Collaboration, AI, Technology Emergence, with over 13 books in the market. She is the 2018 recipient for Disruptive AI Innovation, and the 2018 Best Managed Solutions in Sales Management. She is also the 2017 recipient winner for both the National and Regional Innovation Awards from Startup-Canada and BDC (Business Development Bank of Canada). She is the 2017 recipient of the CATA (Canadian Advanced Technology Association) & EY (Ernst and Young) Sara Kirke Award for Outstanding CEO: Innovation & Community Leadership, and also an award recipient for the most Creative CEO Award from Insights Success. She is also a recipient of the Canadian Governor General Award for Innovation and Community Leadership. She is currently working on her 14th book: The AI SPLIT: The Perfect World, or The Perfect Storm to be released in Q1, 2020.
With her Not for Profit (NFP) community leadership, Cindy has an impressive community track record, including current roles as: Board Director to Forbes Business School and Technology, Co-Founder, and Chair of the AI Directory Hub, Board Director, CATA (National Media Spokesperson for Innovation, AI, and STEM), and Board Director, RSI (Rethink Sustainability Initiative). Former NFP roles include: Founding Chair: Invest CrowdFund Canada (ICC), where she led an advocacy CATA lobbying and educational network, of over 200 volunteers to advocate new security laws to enable equity crowd-funding to legally enter the Canadian market(s). She has also held prior NFP roles as the: National Chair, Women in Technology (CANWIT, CATA), and is a Founding Member of the Toronto Maple Leaf Angels. She has also been a Former Board Director for The Nightwood Theatre, and The Bluma Appel St. Lawrence Theatre. She has also been active in local community fund raising for the United Way and The Canadian Cancer Association.
